Usually, expect 2-5 business days for city deliveries, while rural and international areas would experience longer delivery period. LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any late or undelivered parcels. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS

Exchanges - LaDuca Australia customers are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchasing. The item(s) must be unworn, with no sign of visible wear (from fitting or otherwise), the original packaging intact, and a proof of purchase.

ALL shipping/return cost are at the expense of the customer. This includes your exchanged item being re-shipped back to you. For more information on this policy please contact us directly, and we will be happy to help!
