ONLINE RETURNS

Exchanges - LaDuca Australia customers are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchasing. The item(s) must be unworn, the original packaging intact, and a proof of purchase. ALL shipping/return cost are at the expense of the customer. This includes your exchanged item being re-shipped back to you. 

Refunds - LaDuca Australia is not obligated to offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty item - If the item is faulty, do not wear it. Please return the item to the Sydney store located at Level 1, 24 Hickson Road Millers Point, NSW 2000, or contact us on (02) 9063 8050 or email us at info@laduca.au for the next steps.

If LaDuca Australia approves a refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed faulty by LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd, then a full refund is given.

Notification of cancellation/return must be made in a written format to the above address or e-mailed to info@laduca.au within seven working days starting on the day following receipt of shipment. Items are requested to be in original packaging. Shoes with any visible wear, from fitting or otherwise, will not be eligible for exchange. Please see our fitting guide on our website to ensure compliance with our exchange policy.  Shoes that have been tapped or rubbered are exempt from returns due to the custom element of adding taps or rubber. The Roxie tap shoe sits outside this exemption. ALL custom shoes are exempt from returns due to the bespoke design amendments requested by the customer. However, any shoes deemed faulty by LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd will be accepted as returns and subject to a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Packing and sending your exchange/return

We request that you send a copy or the original invoice and request that you fill out the returns note detailing the reason for your return please also ensure the package is securely wrapped or boxed. A receipt of postage, such as a certificate of posting, would be advised for all returned items. The customer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return the goods in reasonable care and in line with our fitting policy. All returns postage is at the expense of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty by LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd are not responsible for local customs/duty tax charges in your country.

Back Orders

Items unavailable at the time of order are placed on backorder, unless otherwise requested. Substitute products can be offered under written notification should any products be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Payment

All orders must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment can be made using all major debit or credit cards. Payment will be processed through Stripe. LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd can not offer any form of credit.

Delivery

LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd aims to dispatch orders within a 48-hour period, however, in busy periods this may be longer. Therefore, please allow 30 business days for delivery. LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd will send items either by courier, DPD or UPS. Choice of courier is at the discretion of LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd.

Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Returns Policy

To qualify for a full refund where items are found to be faulty, damaged or mis-described, customers should notify LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items returned to LaDuca Shoes Sydney Pty Ltd will be reviewed and when the fault is verified a full refund/exchange will be given.
